John Reese is releasing his “Traffic Secrets” tomorrow. I’ve been receiving quite a few emails from internet marketers whose list I’m subscribed to. And I’m not complaining. There’s quite a bit of talk around the big internet marketing forums about this. Some people are ticked off, others are more like John Reese “groupies”.
I’m sure all the buzz is EXACTLY what Mr. Reese wants. I’m quite sure “Traffic Secrets” will be a great course - I myself would like to buy a copy but the price is out of my budget right now. It’s something like $997, I think.
I’m sure Mr. Reese has good intentions wanting to help others get started in internet marketing. But the price really puts a lot of people out of reach. Personally, I think it would be better if he broke down the course into smaller chunks so that I can buy just a smaller portion of it. Maybe one CD or DVD.
Then, if I like it, I’ll buy more. So Mr. Reese, if you’re reading this, how ’bout it?
It’s also interesting to see his “launch partners” a.k.a. affiliates promoting the products. A lot of “big names”. And each has a different tactic. Some of them are giving out better incentives than others. Another lesson to be learned.
Well… one thing is for sure - Mr. Reese’s bank account is about to get fatter.
What do you think?

1I know what you mean, Hock. I actually purchased it today (with an incentive from an affiliate), but I think what you say has tremendous merit. My thought is that people are going to spend $1000 on a massive course that will probably overwhelm people. It’s like going to a seminar and getting information overload.
People get excited at these seminars, learn so much and then they go home and do nothing. I’m sure the purchase is worthwhile (if it’s not…I’ll let you know), but you have to be prepared to use it.
And ahem…side note, I’ve been working on a traffic course myself (from long before I even knew who John Reese was) and it will be ready this month (fingers crossed). It will be affordable and within the reach of all Internet bizzers and I’ll let the “little guys” promote it too. ;)

2Hey Alice,
Yeah…I bought the course too through… (email me and I’ll tell ya who and what incentives they offered). I’m planning to make full use of it. I’m sure that it will be worth it even with all the buzz and hype surrounding it.
Let me know when you have your course out. I’ll review it for ya if you want - I’m one of those “little guys” you mentioned. :-)
