That’s million with a capital ‘M’. I thought of writing the title of this post as ‘Why you shouldn’t ignore Overture’. Anyway, Yahoo! just released their earnings report and their third quarter profits nearly quadrupled from the same quarter a year ago.
That’s a lot of ad revenue from since they acquired Overture. 765,000,000 comes down to about 8.5 million a day. That’s a whole lot of ads being shown. Anyway, my key point is that you should master BOTH Google Adwords and Overture to make the most of your pay-per-click campaigns. Paid traffic can be extremely targeted.
