I was just notified today of the release of Competition Equalizer. This tools gives you competitive intelligence if you’re an Adwords user. It will show you your competitors’ ads based on the keywords that you enter.

The software will show you the exact ad as well as the URL of the ad. Helps you write better ads and find out how many competitors are out there bidding for the keyword.

Actually I’ve used another piece of software that lets you do something similar. That’s Keywords Analyzer. If you have KA, you’ll probably not need Competition Equalizer. KA doesn’t show you the actual ad but shows you the titles, URLs and words used in the competitors’ ads. The other thing is that it can also show you Overture ads.

But having said that, Jeff does provide free future upgrades to the software so if you need a feature that’s not on there, send him an email and he might just add it in future versions of the product.
