Secret To Get On The First Page Of Google
The key for making sure you’re not losing money by employing the Traffic Arbitrage or Google Arbitrage technique is to make sure that you test and track all your campaigns. Some of them may not be profitable but you’ll find a few that’ll be winners.
How do you find the actual click value of the Adsense ad?
When you first launch a campain, make sure you check your stats often. A couple of times a day should suffice. If you use a tracker like Adsense Gold together with the tracking provided by Google, you’ll be able to get the average value of the clicks on the ads. Please note that there is a slight delay in the Google reporting whereas Adsense Gold (AG) reports in real time. Everytime you set up a new page, create a new Adsense channel to track the click.
AG will tell you the actual ad that was clicked on as well as the search term the user typed in to reach your page. This information is, in my opinion, the ‘GOLD’ in AG.
How many ad blocks should I put up?
Google will let you put up to three plus one set of ad links. There is some debate whether you should put up one or more ad blocks. The reasoning behing going with just one ad block is that the highest paying ads will show and the probability of getting a click on the highest paying ad increases. In other words, you’ll dilute the click value if you show more ads on your page. I don’t have concrete evidence that this is the case right now. I’ll have to do more testing to find out.

1Hey Hock, this is Bo.
I hope you remember me from SSWT forum. Looks like we are in many programs together. I’m also a member of IGR and a few programs you are in. :) oh also, I’m a regular at gurugazette too haha.
I got a question for you. I’m sure you’ve heard Swapclix. I would like to know the difference between Traffic Arbitrage and SwapClix. Looking at your video, they look very similar.
Can you explain this to me? Thanks.

2Hi Bo… you make me think of American Idol ;)
Sure I remember you. I’m not familiar with SwapClix. As for Traffic Arbitrage, I did not buy the program but just from looking at the free video I can pretty much tell what is offered in the package. Anyway, I’ve been using this strategy for quite some time even before these videos came out.
Anyone else know much about SwapClix?

3I’m familiar with SwapClix, it is the same concept as Traffic Arbitrage or google arbitrage. You “swap” a lower price click on Adwords for a higher priced click on Adsense, hence the term “swapclix.” It is sold by Costa Desdes, who is pretty helpful as far as email support, and I feel is an honest marketer, but I found it confusing and not very well organized or explained. I picked up a few things though, and he gave it to me for free due to a mistake on his part. The man is honest, IMO.
The ebook “RichJerk” has a very good chapter on arbitrage techniques. There is also an ebook called “arbirtageongoogle” published by ZRA publishing - which I am studying as I write this. This book confirms or mirrors a lot of what James Jones says.

4Mike,
Thanks for stopping by and for your review of SwapClix. As you have confirmed, I suspected that traffic arbitrage was what SwapClix was all about.

6I haven’t had the chance to test asRep yet but I like some of their features. Specifically, I like that ability to track the URL on which your ads are showing on the content network. I’ll probably test it at some point in the future and post a review here.
