Following Google’s BlogSearch that allows you to search for content in blogs, Yahoo has released a beta version of its news search that shows blog listings together with the regular results. For example, I searched for my previous entry on BlogNetworkWatch. There were no results in the news for the term “blognetworkwatch” but on the right hand side of the search results, I saw this:

The entry in my blog is listed in the second position.
