After some feedback from my blog/newsletter readers, I’ve started this new forum section for questions about the “Traffic Arbitrage” model. There is certainly a LOT of interest from what I’ve heard on other internet marketing forums concerning this strategy (as well as user comments on this blog).

Some have called it “Google Arbitrage” from its roots in the AdWords/AdSense programs. But now that other major players are introducing their own contextual ad programs, I prefer to call it just “Traffic Arbitrage” which is a more general term.

I’m going to outline the general strategy here. Don’t let it’s simplicity fool you.

Total earnings from ad clicks - Total price paid for traffic = Net profits

That’s it!

Of course, there are details like how to go about choosing a market, testing keywords, how to structure your sites, content, etc. Let’s develop a discussion here.

I look forward to hearing from you. You can post in this forum thread.
