DNJournal reports that the ICANN is going to revoke Registerfly’s accreditation to sell domain names. Having been a customer of Registerfly in the past, I’m not totally surprised if they go out of business. My experience with them has been horrible. I’ve gotten multiple charges for things that I ordered and customer service was spotty. The only reason I used them was because I bought a few websites where the original owner had the domains registered with them.

Actually, Registerfly is a reseller of Enom and so is Namecheap. But the service at Namecheap is far better and I’ve been happy with them.

So for now, I think I’ll stick with GoDaddy and NameCheap.
