Secret To Get On The First Page Of Google
Even though Google says that they respect arbitrage as a valid business model, they have banned my AdSense account as of June 1st. The funny thing is that I didn’t get the email notification. I even checked my spam folder and it wasn’t there.
My sites aren’t MFA types with ads pasted all over and no content. No, these are content-filled sites and some of them have been around for a few years. I think that everyone who is driving traffic to a landing page that has AdSense as the primary revenue source is in danger of getting banned. Unless, that is, you’re a large “name-brand” publisher.
It’s time to refocus and concentrate on other revenue sources. AdSense was just the easiest way to monetize my sites up to this point. I had realized way back that putting all my eggs into the AdSense basket was a dangerous move. So I have some diversification in terms of revenue sources. I would say that AdSense makes up about 65% at this time.
I still hope they’ll pay me the 7k+ that I earned last month. I don’t have any hard feelings against Google. It’s their program and they make up the rules of the game. :)
