I need some help with PayPal Website Payments Pro (WPP) integrated into OsCommerce for one of my sites. When I select the express checkout option, everything works fine but when I try to do a direct payment, I keep getting an error asking for a valid shipping city. (It’s error 10728). I’ve searched all over for an answer but found nothing really helpful. I’m guessing that a variable is not getting passed correctly.

I hired a developer from Elance to do this shopping cart integration initially and he’s kinda disappeared on me. Anyone know any experts who can help me?
