I noticed while I was reading another blog that had installed BlogRush the following:

Notice that the first item in the list is “Where Did All The Good Affiliate Programs Go..” which links to Zac Johnson’s blog. Curious, I clicked on the link to the blog but nowhere on the blog do I see the BlogRush widget. So something weird is going on here. How is he getting the impressions?
