The thing to look for would be the bounce rate, time spent on site and the number of pages viewed. Last time I checked my analytics stats, refferals from entrecard were in the top 6 refferal sites. But still nothing beats getting traffic from blogger forums, those are still the top 3 refferal sites that send traffic my way. Peace!
